San Antonio College in Walnut, Calif. Claudia Lane left the field far behind, running the modified Mt. San Antonio College 5K course in 16:59.6 to win the Foot Locker West Regional for a second consecutive year. Lane, a junior at Malibu, beat runner-up Katie Thronson of Spokane (WA) by 72.2 seconds.
